Commissioning: Located in Fairfax, Virginia, the 8 story, 174,000 square-foot office building achieved LEED Gold under the Core & Shell rating system.

Retro Commissioning: Located near Dupont circle, the 114,000 square-foot office building is awaiting its LEED certification under the EBOM rating system.
Commissioning: Located directly across from the Virginia Square Metro in Arlington, Virginia, 12-story, 279 apartment building achieved Gold under the New Construction rating system.
Commissioning: Located on Rockville Pike, the 73,000 square-foot tenant fit-out project achieved a LEED certification under the Interiors rating system.
